COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

It is the responsibility of the organiser booking the event to ensure that they are adhering to government guidelines regarding the “Tier” restrictions at the time of booking, cancellations resulting from an incorrect booking will be dealt with in accordance with our standard booking terms and conditions.
All participants will be temperature checked upon arrival prior to entering our “HQ”

It is mandatory for all participants to use the Government “track and trace” App upon arrival to check-in, if you do not have the app please request a paper form to complete.

If participants display or notify us of any Covid-19 symptoms during their time with us they will need to leave the premises immediately to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

All participants must adhere to “social distancing” at all times during their time with us, and adhering to the current government guidelines as and when they are updated.

IMPORTANT: All Participants must bring a mask or face covering

As of 24/9/20 Masks are now mandatory for everyone 12 years old and over in indoor areas, shops and restaurants, unless medically exempt. Our HQ/ Reception area falls into this category so please ensure every member of your group brings a suitable face covering. 

Extra Participants?

All participants must be pre-booked and paid – prior to the day of the event. Extra participants who turn up on the day and are not pre-booked will be turned away, due to the restricted number of participants we are allowed.

STRICTLY No Spectators Allowed

We do not allow spectators, but of course, we require at least 1 parents or guardian per group of under 12’s, other parents are welcome to wait in the car park inside their car whilst your group participate in their activity. Due Covid-19 we ask that you do not bring any dogs (apart from guide dogs), babies, younger brothers or sisters, friends or family members to our venue.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to exclude anyone without refund, deemed to be showing symptoms of COVID-19 i.e Has a high temperature upon arrival, dry cough, or has come into contact with someone with a confirmed case or has been told to self isolate. 

Cancellation

Any cancellations made due to Covid related government restrictions, and covid related illness, or “ Tier” changes, will be dealt with in accordance with our standard booking terms and conditions found here. In most instances we will offer a credit note, however Participants who cancel 24 hours prior to the event, or do not attend on the day will be deemed to have cancelled without notice, and no refund, credit note or postponement will be offered.
